Summertime is here and with it, Quality Control brought the heat. In June, we had a ridiculous beatset by Alex Rosa aka Sr. Silencio, two very raw performances by Crescendo and D II, and powerful special guest with her live band, Honey J.
Rick Rude transitioned us throughout the night with our new sponsors, The Humble Brand Clothing and C-Los Camerawork. We also got footage from Crescendo’s performance from Maury Bright from ePowx.com.
Andrew Ramos welcoming the crowd out to Quality Control. He set the mood for producer Alex Rosa, Sr. Silencio.
Sr. Silencio was able to set the tone with a dope beat set for Crescendo‘s performance. Crescendo was rocking the Ozone Effect Shirt and The Humble Brand hat.
Rick Rude transitioned the night will some thought provoking spoken word.
D II rocked the mic aggressively and killed it with an exhilarating performance. An inspiring artist who really puts everything he is into his live performance.
Honey J came with the Soul Base Band. They killed it ending the night with their insane cover of “Dirty Diana” by Michael Jackson.
We also had surprise guests, E-Turn and Mehsi. (Check out @OzoneEffect on Instagram for Video Clips)
Quality Control July is going to be a soulful night of performers bringing some authentic, classic Hip Hop.
MoZaic is back to rock with us and bring her soulful voice to the crowd.
PurpleKloud, a triple threat with a soulful voice, guitarist, and killer emcee.
Donny Blanks is an emcee with a “no holds barred” attitude laced with experimental instrumentals.
Jay Mobb, lover of all things Old School, will be bringing some classic Hip Hop production with Terse, a producer from the Windy City, (both currently working on a project with Mehsi) will be bringing some authentic Hip Hop production for their beat set.
We only have few more Ozone Shirts…
Come out a break bread with us.
